I am inviting you to our first Lifestyle and Wellness education session to be held in partnership with Carefirst Seniors & Community Services Association (耆暉會).
Details of the event are as follows:
Content:
During this education session (in Cantonese), you will learn about:
a) Safety tips for those who live alone, particularly seniors; and
b) Carefirst's health and community services currently available.
There will be a Q&A period at the end of the presentation, for your questions.
Speaker: Professional Social Worker from Carefirst Family Health Team.
Date: June 25, 2022 (Saturday)
Time: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Address: Carefirst Seniors & Community Services Association, 300 Silver Star Blvd, Scarborough, Ontario M1V 0G2. The session will be held in the "Lounge" next to the garden on ground floor.

Enrollment deadline is June 20, 2022 (Monday)
To ensure social distancing is maintained, Carefirst is capping the number of attendees at 20. As such, a SHCC Alumni member plus one accompanying person, will have priority over non-SHCC persons.
Fee: $5 per attendee (nonrefundable) to be paid in cash on the date of the event. Free coffee, tea and water will be available. Plenty of free parking spaces on site.
Note: If for any reason an attendee cannot show up at the event, please remit the fee to our Alumni by mail c/o 2 Wychwood Drive, Markham, ON L6C 2W7.
Special Note to all: Carefirst requires all staff and visitors to wear mask at all times while they are in the Carefirst facilities.
It has been a long while since our last event in 2019. I look forward to seeing you soon.
