14 Sacred Heartists and friends attended the first HKSHCCAA (Ontario) cooking event in celebration of Chinese New Year.
During the 3 hours workshop, Beaker Fung - Instructor, showed us how to make the crafted sweet glutinous dumplings (造型湯圓) and steamed buns (造型饅頭). She also taught us a few tricks, including using knives and food coloring to make the dumplings and buns come to life.
Attendees learned the craftsmanship through hands-on practices and enjoyed tasting our own "masterpieces".
